“I have recently booked a trip with Emma and it won't be the last. Emma has been phenomenal from start to finish, booking different hotels, flights, upgrades...nothing was too much trouble. Keeping me in the loop every step of the way even whilst overseas with transfer updates and flight changes. Responses to questions are quick and everything was extremely organised - I didn't even have to check-in myself! In addition to this, the small finishing touches we received from a good luck package sent to my daughter before we departed as she was competing overseas (and the reason for our trip), to receiving a fruit bowl and welcome letter when we arrived in our first hotel, then returning home to a lovely Welcome Home note pushed through the door.... everything just thought through with precision and it made our trip extra special for which we will always remember. We will 110% be booking future trips with Emma, she was outstanding.”

“Excellent service and expectations exceeded from start to finish. As an experienced traveller, I have booked direct for over 15 years now when travelling on holiday so wasn't quite sure what to expect trying an agent again. Well, wow! Emma was friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. The holiday from start to finish had all the admin and other hassles removed entirely, Emma even through a few restaurant recommends in and they were awesome. I will definitely be booking with Emma again and recommend you do as well!”

“Huge thank you to Emma for all your help & advice booking the Titanic Madran. Emma came up trumps with this hotel, it was incredible & met all our quirky needs. Everyone was happy & it was an amazing holiday from start to finish. Food was amazing, staff & drinks incredible. Shows were BGT talent! “Emma has organised 3 of our last holidays to Spain, Paris and Greece and I can't recommend anybody more highly, from the service she provides to the special little touches she offers. Emma is one of a kind ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Amazing service and incredable knowledge. Sorting our holiday, and its all the little bits of knowledge - such as getting the best seats on the flights, choosen the best seats for our little one, getting the better rooms in the better places in the hotel. You just cant get those options of knowledge booking solo! These bits will make the big difference to our holiday Thanks you so much!”

“From booking our trip to Lapland, right through to leaving for our flight home, the whole experience has been nothing but perfect! A holiday to Lapland is a once in a lifetime trip, so I really needed it to be just right, Emma made sure it was just that & more! I will definitely be booking with Emma for future holidays!”

“I was over the moon with Emma. I struggle finding anything for a couple of weeks, then came across Emma on the Internet give her a call and within the hour she had found me everything I was looking for. really good auto transfers extra luggage that I couldn’t find with out costing me a fortune. And it was also during term time for the schools, I would 100% recommend her she made my holiday can’t appreciate her enough”
